I've spent my career in capital formation, investor relations, and private-market investing — nearly $500 million raised across a range of industries, with an emphasis on late-stage private companies and pre-IPO technology.
The work runs on a network built one relationship at a time: accredited investors, entrepreneurs, executives, and operators who pick up the phone. I find the differentiated opportunity, do the diligence honestly, and explain the structure and the risk in plain language.
I also hold a mortgage loan originator license, with experience across lending, real estate finance, and business development.
I wrestled at the Division I level, and I still run on what it taught me — discipline, resilience, accountability. Outside the work I'm a proud father of three, and I value family, integrity, and long-term relationships. I don't quit a raise, and I trade on my word.
