Kevin has spent more than 25 years building relationships and bringing people to the table. He was part of the team supporting Sally's Apizza's growth, helping raise capital and back the brand's expansion beyond New Haven.

At Singular Venture, he identifies compelling private companies, presents each opportunity clearly, and works directly with every investor from the first conversation through closing.

Every deal has a hundred moving parts. She runs all of them.

Mariana is Director of Operations at Singular Venture. She manages every SPV transaction the firm takes on, from the moment an investor commits to a pre-IPO opportunity to the day the deal closes. Subscription documents, signatures, wires, deadlines, and the lawyers, administrators and sellers on the other side of the table all run through her.

Pre-IPO deals move fast and allocations close on a date that doesn't wait for anyone. Her job is to make sure nothing slips: every document is in, every dollar is where it should be, and every investor knows exactly where things stand. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Antioquia in Colombia.

Josh brings more than 15 years of experience in technology, designing and building systems that make complex transactions more streamlined, transparent, and efficient.

At Singular Venture, he develops the technology and infrastructure behind the SPV lifecycle, creating a more seamless process from investor commitment through closing and ultimately liquidity. His focus is on using technology to simplify complexity, improve visibility, and create a better experience throughout the life of an investment.
